1. Go to our festival platform and push the "Create an account" button.

2. Enter your name, email, and set up your password. If you would like to receive movie reminders, please check the box indicating your agreement to receive newsletters and product updates. To complete the registration, click the "Create account" button. Done!

This year, our festival is moving to a new online platform and updating its terms of use.

To watch the festival films, you need to register on the online platform again.

If you have not set up or forgot your password, please use the password recovery function:

1. On the festival platform website menu click the "Log in" button and choose "Forgot password" under the "log in" button.

2. Enter the email address used to creating an account, and then click the "Submit" button.

2. Immediately after that, you will receive a password recovery email with a one-time link.

3. Open the email and click on the "Set Password" button located in the email.

4. Add a new password for your account and try to log in with the new data.
Attention! The link for password reset is valid for 2 hours.

You can watch the films of the festival on our web platform using Safari, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox browsers. Your browser should support HLS.

If you have any problems accessing the platform, please try using another browser.

There are three main reasons for problems with watching films:

1. Unstable internet connection. Please check the stability of your internet connection. Please connect to a network with a stable connection and refresh the page, or continue watching the movie later.

2. Using a non-DRM browser to watch films. Please try using another browser.

3. Use of anonymizers and VPNs. Our security system blocks such views. Please turn off your VPN or anonymizer and try to play the film again.

Unfortunately, no. All festival films are intended for individual viewing only. Our agreements with the copyright holders do not allow us to announce and conduct public offline screenings of festival films.
