Agreement of provision of "Northern Lights" service by Individual Entrepreneur Olga Nikolayevna Chaikovskaya via the www.en.northernlightsff.com website

General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement governs the relationship arising in connection with the "Northern Lights" service, provided by the Individual Entrepreneur Chaikovskaya Olga Nikolaevna to the Client.
1.2. This Agreement contains the following terms and definitions:
Individual Entrepreneur - Individual Entrepreneur Chaikovskaya Olga Nikolaevna.
Client - an individual, the second party of the Agreement .
"Northern Lights" service (www.en.northernlightsff.com) is a telematic service of providing customers with access to video content of the www.en.northernlightsff.com web-site. The list of video content is available at www.en.northernlightsff.com.
Agreement on provision of the "Northern Lights" service (www.en.northernlightsff.com) (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is a public accession agreement, which consists of this Agreement and registration data that are entered by the Client during his registration at the www.en.northernlightsff.com website, and which must be accepted by the Client by accession to the entire Agreement.
Significant actions - clicking the "Buy a ticket", "Place an order", "Add to cart" buttons and filling in the registration data in the Client's profile on the www.en.northernlightsff.com website (hereinafter - activation of the "Northern Lights"service ). The execution of significant actions by the Client means accession to the entire Agreement.
Registration Data - data entered by the Client when registering at www.en.northernlightsff.com, including his last name, first name, email address and mobile phone number.
The procedure of provision of the "Northern Lights" service, reference materials and the conditions of provision of the "Northern Lights" service are published on the www.en.northernlightsff.com website and are an integral part of the Agreement.
Client identifier - a unique identifier of the Client in the company's billing system, which is assigned to the Client after activation of the "Northern Lights" service. The Client's identifier is used to keep track of the services rendered to the Client, as well as of the receipt and expenditure of funds.
1.3. The Agreement enters into force from the moment of the "Northern Lights" service activation.
1.4. To get access to the "Northern Lights" service, the Client must use the equipment that has a certificate of conformity issued by the National System of Conformity Assessment of the Republic of Belarus.
1.5. The current tariffs for the "Northern Lights" service are an integral part of the Agreement and are published on the company's website www.en.northernlightsff.com

Rights and obligations of the Parties
2.1. Individual Entrepreneur has to:
1. after service activation, provide the Client with the access to the "Northern Lights" service;
2. inform the Client through the www.en.northernlightsff.com website about the changes in the Agreement, about the procedure for the provision of the "Northern Lights" service, as well as other changes related to the service provided by the Individual Entrepreneur to the Client;
3. provide the "Northern Lights" service on the terms stipulated by the Agreement, and according to the procedure of the "Northern Lights" service provision, and the established tariffs for the "Northern Lights" service.
2.2. Individual Entrepreneur has the right to:
1. demand from the Client fulfillment of his obligations in accordance with the Agreement;
2. unilaterally amend the terms of the Agreement by publishing the changes on the website www.en.northernlightsff.com
3. suspend partially or in full the provision of the "Northern Lights" service to the Client in the following cases:
5. make changes to the list of video content.
2.3. The Client has to:
1. timely pay for the "Northern Lights" service in accordance with the current Agreement, tariffs and payment method;
2. never transfer his rights and obligations under the Agreement to third parties
2.4. The Client has the right to:
1. use the "Northern Lights" service in accordance with the technical capabilities of the Individual Entrepreneur;
2. contact the Individual Entrepreneur for information regarding the execution of the Agreement
1. after service activation, provide the Client with the access to the "Northern Lights" service;
2. inform the Client through the www.en.northernlightsff.com website about the changes in the Agreement, about the procedure for the provision of the "Northern Lights" service, as well as other changes related to the service provided by the Individual Entrepreneur to the Client;
3. provide the "Northern Lights" service on the terms stipulated by the Agreement, and according to the procedure of the "Northern Lights" service provision, and the established tariffs for the "Northern Lights" service.
2.2. Individual Entrepreneur has the right to:
1. demand from the Client fulfillment of his obligations in accordance with the Agreement;
2. unilaterally amend the terms of the Agreement by publishing the changes on the website www.en.northernlightsff.com
3. suspend partially or in full the provision of the "Northern Lights" service to the Client in the following cases:
- in case of technical damage to the equipment;
- during preventive maintenance;
- if the Company has reason to believe that the Client commits an offense causing damage to the Individual Entrepreneur or other persons.
5. make changes to the list of video content.
2.3. The Client has to:
1. timely pay for the "Northern Lights" service in accordance with the current Agreement, tariffs and payment method;
2. never transfer his rights and obligations under the Agreement to third parties
2.4. The Client has the right to:
1. use the "Northern Lights" service in accordance with the technical capabilities of the Individual Entrepreneur;
2. contact the Individual Entrepreneur for information regarding the execution of the Agreement

General conditions of provision of the "Northern Lights" service
1. The "Northern Lights" service is provided on prepayment basis.
2. Terms and conditions for the provision of the "Northern Lights" service and the tariffs are provided in reference materials/procedures/rules published by the Company. Reference materials/procedures/rules are available for review at www.en.northernlightsff.com .
3. By joining this Agreement, an individual client expresses his consent to the collection, processing and storage of personal data, as well as their use in cases that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Terms and conditions for the provision of the "Northern Lights" service and the tariffs are provided in reference materials/procedures/rules published by the Company. Reference materials/procedures/rules are available for review at www.en.northernlightsff.com .
3. By joining this Agreement, an individual client expresses his consent to the collection, processing and storage of personal data, as well as their use in cases that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

The cost of the "Northern Lights" service and the payment method
1. The cost of the "Northern Lights" service is determined by the Individual Entrepreneur's tariffs in effect on the day the service is provided.
2. The Client is obliged to make payments in the amount necessary to write off funds for the services provided. No interest is charged on payments made.
3. The Client can pay for services using remote banking systems: Internet banking and mobile banking; through the "Raschet" system (ERIP), on the company's website www.en.northernlightsff.com .
4. Payment is considered complete after the funds are credited to the Individual Entrepreneur's account. The Individual Entrepreneur is not responsible for delays in the transmission of information about payments due to technical issues emerging at the organizations that receive/ transmit/enroll payments.
5. The Client pays for the services indicating the last name, first name, patronymic, e-mail address and mobile phone number, and is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information specified in the payment document. The payer is obliged to keep a document confirming the fact of payment until funds are credited to the Individual Entrepreneur's account. In the absence of reliable, complete and correct information in the payment document, the Individual Entrepreneur is not responsible for inappropriate and/or untimely crediting of funds, which may lead to the suspension of the services provision, and in this case he has the right to refuse to return the funds to the payer.
6. The Individual Entrepreneur does not have the right to spend money that was mistakenly credited to his current account.
7. Refunds of erroneous payments are made to the payer on the basis of a payment document and an identity document. Payment return costs are reimbursed by the payer based on the applicable tariffs.

Liability of the Parties
1. The Parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of the Agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. At the same time, the Individual Entrepreneur is not responsible for lost profits of the Client caused by improper performance of the Agreement.
2. The Parties are not liable for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under the Agreement, if their failure to fulfill those is caused by force majeure actions (the publication of legislative acts and other actions of state governing bodies, resulting in a limitation of the Company's ability to provide communication services, as well as natural disasters, catastrophes, military actions etc).
3. The Individual Entrepreneur is not responsible for temporary interruptions in the operation of the "Northern Lights" service, including those arising from testing, installation, updating and maintenance of the equipment.
4. The Individual Entrepreneur is not responsible for any consequences of using the "Northern Lights" service.
5. The Client is responsible for the safety of identification data.
6. In all other matters, not regulated by this Agreement, the Parties are to be guided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
7. The disputes arising in connection with the Agreement are resolved through mutual negotiations. If the Parties fail to reach mutual agreement, disputes between them are to be settled in the courts of the Republic of Belarus at the location of the defendant.

The term of the Agreement and the procedure for its amendment and termination
1. The Agreement enters into force on the date of activation of the "Northern Lights" service and ends at the moment of completion of the provision of access to the video content, according to the schedule posted on the "Northern Lights" website www.en. northernlightsff.com .
2. Bonuses and discounts offered by the Сompany to the Сlient within the promotions can not be paid in cash.
3. Amendments to the Agreement are made by posting the relevant information on the official website of the company about the changes in the terms of the Agreement, in the procedure of provision of the "Northern Lights" service, as well as about other changes related to customer service in the Company, www.en.northernlightsff.com
2. Bonuses and discounts offered by the Сompany to the Сlient within the promotions can not be paid in cash.
3. Amendments to the Agreement are made by posting the relevant information on the official website of the company about the changes in the terms of the Agreement, in the procedure of provision of the "Northern Lights" service, as well as about other changes related to customer service in the Company, www.en.northernlightsff.com
